Description: This position supervises high-volume production/preparation, delivery, and service of meals in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health, and sanitation. Incumbent shall collaborate with Program Generalist to plan nutritious meals and snacks for Head Start students. Responsible for administrative tasks in support of the food preparation process, including proper documentation maintenance of records. |
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: AA or BS Degree in Consumer Science, Food Service Management, or Serv-Safe Certification, and two years related experience, preferably in a pre-school environment |
