Region I Highlights

Barbeque, potato salad, baked beans and ice cold sodas were the center of Picayune Complex's Annual Male Cook-Out. Pearl Magee, center administrator, along with her staff welcomed over 30 dads, granddads, uncles, godfathers and friends of the families to this event.

Pearl MageeThis event allowed dads the opportunity to come to the center and spend additional quality time with their children.

While the dads were busy showing off their "culinary" skills on the grills, the children enjoyed this day riding tricycles and engaging in child's play.

Big Grill

James Woods, grandfather of Damion, came from New Orleans to join in the festivities and to spend time with his grandson.

Patrick McCree, Chris Goods and Clifford Myers, all fathers of children at the center manned the "big grill" which was filled to capacity with ribs and chicken.
