The Regional Offices are located centrally to the assigned service areas and are composed of ten counties.

The Regional Office is staffed at a minimum with a Regional Manager and center area staff who provide day-to-day assistance to Program staff and parents.

Due to the widespread geographical distance between the Head Start Centers and the Regional Office, field services are provided by a Support Services Specialist whose primary role includes but is not limited to monitoring of facilities, materials, equipment and transportation activities. Additionally, they are responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in implementing program operations to include general maintenance duties. They have no supervisory duties and report directly to the Regional Manager.

Regional Managers are responsible for all administrative operations in the assigned Regions. Regional Managers receive instructions from the Regional Services Director and the Executive Administrator.
